Being new to Bangalore we were living in a rented accommodation, and were always longing to own a home with Premium features. We had chosen HM Concord just because of floor plan and location . The G+14 storey building with only 30 apartments with only two apartments in every floor and no common walls was an added attraction for us to the property. The garden view and pool view as well was an extra bounty to our decision to chose HM Concord.
